Welcome to
Nola's Bunny Farm

D&A's Brac
Hi. My name is Nola Puente. I just LOVE my bunnies. I hope you will enjoy looking at them, too! I started out just wanting a couple for pets. (Well you know how addicting Holland Lops can be) Now I have all kinds of them! Feel free to hop around my site. You might find yourself wanting one or two or three... You will get hooked on them just as I did. So please let me know if you see anything you cannot just live without!
Cute & Cuddly Rabbitry - Angela's Bunny Barn
Thanks to Calissa Shanahan, of McDade TX, (Cute & Cuddly Rabbitry) for her patience, willingness to assist and especially for a kind heart. This is how my addiction got started!
Thanks to Angela Baker, of Cedar Creek TX, (Angela's Bunny Barn) for adding her share to my addiction.
Thank you, Paul Murphy and his daughter Angie, for allowing me to purchase their Campo and Saynora bunnies. They make a fabulous addition to Nola's Bunny Farm.
Special Thanks to Pam Lightfoot for countless fun filled hours of pedigrees, nail clipping, grooming, sexing bunnies and driving to the shows. She, too, has been a great influence in the making of Nola's Bunny Farm.
Thanks to Stacy Taylor for transporting my bunny, Manita, to Duncan Oklahoma to show her. Also for Breeding Manita to her GC Buck, D&A's Prancer on 6-20-10.
A New Breed? Fuzzy Poodle Lop?
No... Not really!!! This was a Fuzzy Lop that was having a really bad hair day and needed a hair cut. It's fur was soooo thick that it had to be shaved off. It was so happy to have it gone, too! It laid on the show table, after it's hair cut, for hours. I think it will be a lot cooler, this summer. Texas summers can be brutal! The rabbit lost at least 2 pounds when it lost all that hair.
It would be cool to have a breed that looked like a Fuzzy Poodle Lop, though!
